Nearshore Software Development in Turkey
ARDE Software is a software development company in Ankara, Turkey, that builds web, mobile and AI software for companies in Europe and the Gulf. Turkey is one to two hours ahead of Central Europe and shares a time zone with Qatar and Saudi Arabia, so most of our working day overlaps with yours. Projects run in English or German and start from $500.
How much of your working day overlaps?
Turkey uses UTC+3 all year round. Our office hours, 09:00–18:00 in Ankara, compare as follows:
| City | Time difference | Our office hours (your local time) |
|---|---|---|
| Berlin, Vienna, Zurich | Ankara is 2 h ahead (winter), 1 h ahead (summer) | 07:00–16:00 (winter), 08:00–17:00 (summer) |
| London | Ankara is 3 h ahead (winter), 2 h ahead (summer) | 06:00–15:00 (winter), 07:00–16:00 (summer) |
| Doha, Riyadh | Same time | 09:00–18:00 |
| Dubai | Dubai is 1 h ahead | 10:00–19:00 |
Winter and summer refer to European standard and daylight saving time. Turkey does not change its clocks.

Confidentiality: both parties keep trade secrets and confidential information private, during the project and after it ends.
Data protection: we work under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Turkey does not have an EU adequacy decision, so if your project involves personal data of people in the EU, please raise it in the consultation: such transfers require appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR, typically the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
