This page contains the license terms for software developed by ARDE Yazılım A.Ş. and license information for third-party software used on our website. All license terms are regulated within the framework of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846 and international intellectual property agreements.
All software developed by ARDE Yazılım A.Ş. is protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846. Our software is licensed to our clients under individual license agreements.
The scope, duration, usage conditions and restrictions of the license are determined in the license agreement arranged separately for each project.
The ARDE Software brand, logo, website design, original software code, algorithms, business processes and all related intellectual property rights belong exclusively to ARDE Yazılım A.Ş.
Pursuant to Articles 71 et seq. of Law No. 5846, unauthorized use, copying, distribution or modification is subject to legal and criminal sanctions.

Our website and services use third-party open source and commercial software components. These are subject to their own license terms. Key technologies and their licenses:
The open source software components used in our projects are subject to the terms of the relevant open source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, etc.). The full texts of these licenses can be found in the official repositories of the relevant software components.
The use of open source components is carried out in compliance with the original license terms. The copyright notices and license terms of each component are preserved.
Third-party software is provided "AS IS" and ARDE Software makes no warranties for such software. Warranty conditions for software developed by the Company are specified in the relevant service agreement.
Subject to the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, ARDE Software cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of third-party software. Liability for software developed by the Company is limited to the conditions determined in the service agreement.
In the event of a breach of license terms, ARDE Software has the right to terminate the license immediately. In case of termination, the Client is obligated to immediately cease using the software and delete or destroy all copies.
License termination does not eliminate payment obligations that have arisen up to the date of termination.
